Shipyard Work Building Foundation Piling

INVITATION TO BID

 

Port of Toledo is accepting bids for our Shipyard Work Building Foundation Piling project, located at 1000 SW Altree Lane, Toledo, Oregon. This project is to furnish and install piling in preparation for construction of the concrete foundation of our pre-engineered metal building. This contract will be for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 (prevailing wage law). Project Completion is required 60 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held on March 22, 1:30 pm (PST), located at 1000 SW Altree Lane, Toledo, OR  97391. Bidders are not required to attend this voluntary pre-bid conference, but with the complexity of this project it is strongly recommended that bidders or their representative attend. 

 

This project is to be completed according to the foundation plan’s specifications.  Bid documents including, but not limited to, the invitation to bid, contract terms and conditions, drawings and specifications are available on the Port’s website or available for examination in person at: the Port Office at 496 NE Hwy 20, Unit 1, Toledo, OR  97391.

 

Sealed bids will be received by Port Manager Bud Shoemake at Port of Toledo, 496 NE Hwy 20, Unit 1, Toledo, OR  97391, until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Thursday, April 4, 2019, and immediately publicly opened and read. Electronic bids will be accepted at bids@portoftoledo.org Bids may be mailed to the Port of Toledo at PO Box 428, Toledo, OR 97391.
