Ralph's last launch

Today we celebrated the last launch on Criteser's historic ways. Ralph Criteser has donated his steel tugboat, the Rex, to the Port of Toledo. Ralph designed and built the Rex for working around his moorage facility. Criteser's moorage was built by Ralph and his father after World War II, and has provided moorage and haul out facilities for more than 7 decades.

His contributions to the fishing community cannot be overstated. Here are some photos of today's launch of the Rex. We will share video of the launch soon.
