NOTICE OF AUCTION – SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

The Port of Toledo is accepting sealed bids for surplus equipment.  For a list of available surplus items or more information, please contact Debbie Scacco: Debbie.scacco@portoftoledo.org or 541-336-5207;  or visit https://www.portoftoledo.org/public-information.

·         Bid Deadline: Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM

·         Submission Methods (sealed bid or fill out online form):

o    Sealed Bid: Deliver sealed to the Port Office at 496 NE Hwy 20, Unit 1 Toledo, OR  97391 or mail to Port of Toledo, PO      Box 428, Toledo, OR  97391.  Mailed bids must be received by the bid deadline.  Sealed bids must include name, address, email, phone number, item bid on and bid amount.

o    The highest bid that meets or exceeds the minimum reserve will be awarded the item.

All items are “As Is” and are required to be removed from Port property within five working days. All items can be viewed by contacting the Port of Toledo office, 541-336-5207.
