Sewer Connection Expansion Project- Shipyard Washdown Slab

Pursuant to ORS 279B.135, the Port of Toledo hereby announces its Intent to Award a contract for the above referenced construction project to the low bidder, Swofford Excavating, LLC in the amount of $936,797.50. A contract will be awarded by the Port of Toledo no less than 7 days after the date of issuance of this Notice, provided there are no protests.
