PORT OF TOLEDO - SHIPYARD
Owned and operated by the Port of Toledo, the shipyard is located at 1000 SW Altree Lane in Toledo, Oregon. We are a full-service shipyard with two marine straddle lifts and offer haul out services for vessels up to 660 tons, ranging in length from 20’ to 135’. The Port has skilled crew, facilities, and equipment to provide services to commercial fishing vessels, recreational fishing and pleasure boats, sailing vessels, as well as research vessels and other marine equipment.

Services
The shipyard is an “open yard” or “do-it-yourself” facility, however, shipyard Staff will provide all haul, block, and launch services, water-blasting, removal and application of antifouling bottom paints, spray painting, and welding/hot work per our Policies and Best Management Practices BMP's. These policies were developed to keep our yard a safe and clean facility.

Retail
We have a retail store on site for marine paints, zincs, painting supplies, sanding and plumbing supplies, and miscellaneous marine hardware. If we don’t have what you need we can get most items the next day. All paint and zincs must be purchased through the boatyard store.

AUTHORIZED VENDORS
As an open yard, the shipyard provides workspace for independent marine vendors located here in the Yaquina Bay region. Vendors are available to provide services such as marine surveys, machining, large steel projects, hydraulic repairs, engine replacement, interior cabinetry, and electronics installation.
Appropriately licensed and insured vendors can sign an Authorized Vendor Agreement with the shipyard to work in the Port’s facilities. Customers pay a $10 an hour fee for outside vendors as a condition of use.
