Port of Toledo Wooden Boat Show

August 17 & 18, 2024

The Port of Toledo's Annual Wooden Boat Show is a free community event, held on the 3rd weekend of August.  The event features wood boats, boating and water recreational activities, live music, and the Cardboard Boat Race.  We are accepting applications for vendors to enhance our festival and provide informational and historical exhibits.   All vendors will be approved by the Wooden Boat Show Planning Committee, with maritime, nautical or coastal-themed products given preference.

Vendor and Non-Profit Application
Do you need electrical power? If you require other than standard 110 outlet, please provide amps and photo or diagram of plug.

Thank you for your application.  All Vendors must be approved by the Wooden Boat Show Planning Committee before being allowed to participate. Staff will contact you to confirm acceptance. Nautical/maritime/coastal-themed products & vendors are given preference. There is a $50 fee for vendors and $100 fee for food vendors. Non profit organizations with nautical/maritime/coastal connection will be allowed to have a display at our event at no cost. Fund-raising products directly related to the organizations are allowed to be sold.
